One practitioner. The right tools.

You don’t need to figure out which therapy you need.

Manual osteopathy is at the center of Ghassan’s approach, with other therapies added when they make sense for your pain, movement, and recovery.

Manual osteopathy for the neck and shoulders

Foundation

Manual osteopathy

Look beyond where it hurts.

Pain or stiffness in one area can be connected to how other parts of your body are moving. Ghassan looks at your joints, muscles, fascia, and movement together to understand what may be contributing to the problem.

Treatment is hands-on and based on what he finds during your assessment. This may include joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and soft-tissue work to help improve movement and reduce discomfort.

Manual osteopathy may be used for ongoing pain, stiffness, restricted movement, TMJ concerns, and other musculoskeletal issues.

Fascial Stretch Therapy for the neck and shoulder

Targeted therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Assisted stretching for easier movement.

FST uses gentle, assisted stretches to help improve mobility and reduce restrictions in how you move.

Ghassan may incorporate it when tightness is getting in the way of comfortable movement, flexibility, activity, or recovery.

Instrument-assisted treatment of the calf

Targeted therapy

Graston Technique

Targeted work for tight or restricted tissue.

Graston uses specialized instruments to work with muscles, fascia, and other soft tissue.

Ghassan may use it when tight or restricted tissue is affecting movement or contributing to discomfort. It can be combined with hands-on treatment and other therapies as part of the same session.

Ghassan is a Certified Graston Technique Specialist (GTS) with M2 Advanced training.

You bring the problem.

Ghassan decides which tools make sense. Depending on what he finds, other therapies may be incorporated into your treatment.

Acupuncture / dry needling

May be used for muscle tightness, trigger points, or recovery alongside hands-on treatment.

Formthotics

In-clinic foot orthotics that may be recommended when additional support could improve how you stand or move.

Exercise therapy & mobility

Simple, specific exercises or mobility work to support what you’re working on between sessions.

Cupping, ultrasound, laser & TENS

Supporting therapies that may be incorporated when appropriate. They are not automatically part of every visit.

“I had been to a chiropractor and a physiotherapist for back pain and bad posture. Ghassan has a different approach with different treatments that eased my pain. I walked out feeling energetic, with a straighter posture. I would recommend him to anyone.”
